The location was great. It was easy to get to transportation.
The room felt quite dated. Only one electrical outlet was available in the entire room, THIS made charging devices difficult. the air conditioning seemed old, and it struggled to keep the room cool at night.

the location proved convenient with the train station so close. i found the staff responsive and really helpful, a great plus. the breakfast was also a highlight (the pastries were delicious!).
i noticed just a tiny bit of wear on the bathroom door, but it was very minor.

The Rhonexpress tram stops just at the front. Transportation was very easy. The metro and sncf station are behind IT. Breakfast was great. I liked the comfy beds.
The room was Much too hot. I couldn't adjust the heating. I ended up opening windows. Sleep was still difficult because of traffic NOISE.

The Rhonexpress Tram from the airport stops close to the entrance. The Metro and SNCF station are also nearby. Transportation was convenient. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent and had various choices.
The rooms were TOO hot. We had the 'AC' on max, but it was still too hot, even after speaking with reception after the first restless night.

The hotel offered a water fountain with still and sparkling options. I saw a coffee machine and fresh pastries like pain au chocolat in the lobby. The hotel has taken precautions with a bell system to enter the building.

The room included a kettle and a safe for valuables. The family room seemed big and very clean. Baby beds and chairs available in the breakfast hall looked brand NEW. The room had good soundproofing too.

uncomfortable sofa bednoticeable train noise
The sofa bed in my junior suite queen bed sofa bed was awful. it seemed like sleeping directly on springs. My back ached the entire next day. also, the noise from the nearby train station was more noticeable than i expected. even with the windows closed, i could still hear the trains coming and going at all hours. it did disrupt my sleep a bit.

my room was slightly too warm. adjusting the heating was not possible. opening the windows introduced some traffic noise.
